What We Ask

1. VACCINE RECORDS

The NYC Department of Health requires us to have a current copy of vaccination paperwork at the time of your appointment. You will need a Signed Rabies Certificate and Vaccination Summary including DHPP (or DAPP) and Bordetella. Documents should be emailed to info@puptown.store at least the day before your appointment. Dogs not current on their vaccinations will be asked to reschedule after.

2.APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE

Typically appointments are about 2-3 hours. We call/text you when your pet is ready to be picked up. Due to COVID-19, our appointments we ask you to make.

Appropriate grooming time for dogs may vary by breed, but on average, we recommend about once a month.
