Shipping & Returns

Food & Treats

Unless it has issues to the state of food, once opened we regret that we cannot, by law, accept returns of any Food, Treats and Supplements including all flea and tick’s treatments and wormers.

Changed your mind or simply don't need anymore? 

We are happy to offer a Return for any item within 7 days after receipt. The item must be re-saleable (by this, we mean that it can be sold to another customer in an ‘as new’ state.) Please make sure to put the item in a box as you received it before returning it. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in a suitable condition and that is why we are strongly advising that you take a picture of the product before you return it.

Something faulty or an error on our part? 

If an item you have purchased from us is faulty, we are happy to help in either arranging a replacement, or a refund. Please email us including a picture of the item received

Return fees

Shipping cost will be deducted from your refund for the return fees.

Exchange & Refund

Return & Exchange requests must be submitted by email/phone within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Products that are not requested in advance will be returned.

Exchange or Refund is not possible for bright colored clothing and jacket types except for defects.

For simple exchanges and returns, the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

In case of defect or misdelivery of the product, the seller pays the shipping cost.

Exchanges can only be made in the same color and size.

Exchanges or Refunds are absolutely not possible if the tag is damaged, the product or packaging is damaged. (Even if it is a defective product, Exchange & Return is absolutely not possible if there are traces of washing or using perfume)

In case of product delay, we will notify you in advance, and it may take longer than the average delivery time.

In the case of delivery to some remote areas, additional shipping charges may apply.
