What We Ask

1. APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE

Typically appointments are about 2-3 hours. We call/text you when your pet is ready to be picked up. Due to COVID-19, our appointments we ask you to make.

2. VACCINE RECORDS

The NYC Department of Health requires us to have a copy of the appropriate Vaccination papers at the time of your appointment.

You will need a Signed Rabies Certificate and Vaccination Summary including DHPP (or DAPP) and Bordetella. Documents should be uploaded when you book an appointment or emailed to info@pupstudionyc.com at least the day before your appointment. Dogs not current on their vaccinations will be asked to reschedule after.
